Your Questions, Answered

  • 45mins to allow us ample time to familiarise your dog with us, the centre and the treadmill at their pace. Working calmly and confidently in the first session allow us to achieve greater results in subsequent sessions as they remain more relaxed.

  • You would be surprised how many times we hear this! Don’t worry, we have lots of water-phobic clients who thoroughly love and benefit enormously from their sessions.

We have lots of tricks up our sleeves but recommend you bring any favourite toys or treats.

  • We are a vet-physio led centre - this means we are the highest qualified type of professionals in the industry, trained to a minimum of degree level.

We are also registered with various vet recommended registers due to our credentials and level of expertise.

This is very rare for hydrotherapy centres so we feel privileged to be able to provide our clients with this standard of care.

  • Firstly, we need a vet consent from from your vet. Once we’ve a copy of it, you can book your first appointment online - its as easy at that!

If you’d like to visit for a free consultation to begin with, there no need for a vet consent form at this stage.

  • We will rinse and dry your pet as best we can, but we recommend drying coats to stop them getting a chill after leaving, especially in winter.

  • We are very transparent with all of our prices which are viewable here. We will arrange this at the end of your first appointment and put the dates in the diary for you manually so you secure your preferred slots ahead of time.
